Great newsletter! Love the sound of those retreats.
I feel your pain about the move. Im in the middle of packing boxes right now. Then heading to Denmark to visit family and do more research/writing on my 2nd novel set in Thy (north west Denmark 🇩🇰)
When I arrived for Roland Garros the airport bus stopped almost opposite the Hotel Scribe so I went in for lunch and thought my Dad who, I think I mentioned, had an office round the corner. I'm afraid I have also stayed at the Chateau Marmont! Keep writing and eventually you will find a place that doesn't inadvertently inter-act with my life! Wish I could join you on the trip to Paris and Lisbon which I barely know. I am sure will get lots of ideas. Bon voyage!
Hi Natasha, I’m actually heading off to Canada and Las Vegas in a couple of weeks. Did any of your agency sisters sign any books at the local bookstores in Vegas (I’ve already got yours!) It would be great to pick up some signed copies while I’m there 🤞
I don't think so, unfortunately. There was a big signing event at the conference but that was just for people who bought books on that day. Hopefully you might some some in another bookshop somewhere.
Sounds amazing and I'm glad your first trip here was good! Thanks for sharing the names of some of your writer friends. I am always looking for new books to read. I'm a 8-10 book a week reader. :)
You'll love all of their books - they're amazing! And I've been to the US many times before and especially love the west coast but it was my first time to speak at a reader event.
We went to a friend's Daughter's wedding in Pennsylvania which was fun then a week later went to Portsmouth RI to visit my husbands family for a week. We flew up there with our little dog and he was a trooper! Good the hear you are having great ideas for your edit.
Weddings are always so much fun! And we saw a lot of dogs on planes while we were in the US - it's not something you see much of over here, so we were fascinated! Glad your dog enjoyed his journey.

Hope you have a wonderful time in Denmark!
Would love to attend your event at Gertrude’s. Great venue. But its my moving out day.
All the best!
This all sounds AMAZING! Can't wait to hear about it in more detail at our retreat :)
As Rachael said, after this post we need to work out how to get some Roman baths at our retreat! xx

Your life seems to be full of amazing events which I love reading about Natasha.
I’m thorough enjoying having my eldest granddaughter stay with us - from Texas - and last here in 2017. She’s a “big” girl now.
How special! Hope you enjoy that time with your granddaughter.

I always love peeking over your shoulder into your life😀. Are you building a new home or downsizing?
We're building a new home by the sea and we're renting while that's being built. So we'll be moving again in a couple of years!
How wonderful!
